I am committed to changing the way that women connect to wellness because fitness shouldn’t be exclusive, results shouldn’t be optional, and confidence shouldn’t be conditional.
B.S. Exercise Science
M.S. Sports Conditioning & Performance
Over the last decade, I’ve worked in corporate wellness, collegiate strength and conditioning, group fitness, and personal training, gaining a diverse skill set in the fitness industry. My approach, developed by my wide range of experience, is rooted in strength training that builds resiliency while also keeping the big picture of your life in mind.
After hearing one too many female clients (and friends!) share their frustration and confusion from following Pinterest workouts and diet fads, I decided to take action. I wanted to create real solutions, which empowered me to start my own business so I can give women the tools and coaching they need to succeed for the long run. For the last four years, I’ve focused exclusively on coaching women to build confidence in strength training, achieve their goals, and create sustainable routines that last.
When I am not working, you can find me baking sourdough, doing something active with my husband, or power walking around Kansas City with my baby in the stroller!
there are three words to summarize my time training with rachel: she gets it.
She gets that I am sometimes going to deviate from my healthy eating, she gets the type of exercises that I can actually do to become stronger, she gets that there is a psychological approach to training, and most importantly she gets how to create a healthy lifestyle for her clients not just physically, but mentally.
While weight loss was a great added bonus to training with Rachel, there were SO many aspects of my life that changed that I didn’t even know needed changing. I slept better, I didn’t get out of breath when I carried my laundry up from the basement, I had so much energy I didn’t know what to do with myself, and most importantly, I was HAPPY.
If you are ready to stop yo-yoing and start feeling confident in what you are doing, then it’s time to put me in your corner - let's get to work!
