My mission:

I am committed to changing the way that women connect to wellness because fitness shouldn’t be exclusive, results shouldn’t be optional, and confidence shouldn’t be conditional.

About me.

I’m Rachel - you can also call me Rae! Fitness coaching has always been my passion - I have worked in the industry for 10 years doing everything from corporate wellness and group fitness to D1 collegiate strength and conditioning.

For the last 4 years I have worked exclusively with women, coaching them to become confident in strength training, and helping them build sustainable nutrition habits. My holistic approach not only helps women build strength and confidence in their bodies, it also builds healthy practices and mental fortitude that improve every other area of their lives. Women deserve to live to the fullest in their bodies without being held back or limited by lack of confidence or lack of education, and I’m here to change that.

When I am not working, you can find me doing something active, baking in the kitchen, hanging out with my husband, or sitting somewhere cozy with my nose in a book.

emma

there are three words to summarize my time training with rachel: she gets it.

She gets that I am sometimes going to deviate from my healthy eating, she gets the type of exercises that I can actually do to become stronger, she gets that there is a psychological approach to training, and most importantly she gets how to create a healthy lifestyle for her clients not just physically, but mentally.

While weight loss was a great added bonus to training with Rachel, there were SO many aspects of my life that changed that I didn’t even know needed changing. I slept better, I didn’t get out of breath when I carried my laundry up from the basement, I had so much energy I didn’t know what to do with myself, and most importantly, I was HAPPY.

And you deserve so much more than what typical social media fitness offers. If you are ready to stop yo-yoing and start feeling confident in what you are doing, then it’s time to put me in your corner.

You deserve to have a fitness and nutrition routine that works and sticks with you long term.
