What is it?

The Base Camp is a workout program that helps you build consistency and strength over 6 months. It is designed so that you can achieve strength and confidence in your body and knowledge and ease in the gym long after the program is over. The program builds on itself so that you can actually see results and avoid plateauing!

There are video demonstrations and detail-oriented notes on every workout so that you are fully set up for success. 

This is a “posterior dominant” workout program, which means you will be working through full body exercises that have an emphasis on your glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles.

You will need access to dumbbells, a barbell, cables, and some basic gym machines. 

How does it work?

The program is hosted inside the TrueCoach app, the online platform used for all of my clients, where you will find clear instructions and exercise form videos.

You will be slowly introduced to new equipment throughout your time in the Base Camp,  so no worries if you don’t feel very comfortable in the weight section yet! 


You will be able to leave comments on the exercises in case you have any questions, upload videos if you want exercise form feedback, and easily track your progress! Every workout that you complete will be reviewed and given feedback on by me so that you are fully supported through the whole program.


Every week you will receive an email explaining the week’s focus so that you aren’t just going through the workouts, you get to actually learn why you are doing what you are doing. The goal is long term success and sustainability long after the program is over!

It’s a night and day difference from where I started!

6 months sounds intimidating but it's one of the best things I’ve done for my fitness. It’s a night and day difference from where I started! I am most proud of actually sticking with something (and also the results in my glutes)! I feel so much more confident now doing exercises on my own because I know I’m doing them right.

It's great for beginners and those that already have knowledge of the gym!

How do I know if this program is the right fit for me AND MY CURRENT FITNESS LEVEL?

The program is designed to build off of whatever level of strength you are at right now and will progress throughout the program, so it doesn't matter if your goblet squat on Day 1 is 10lbs or 60lbs. Either way, you are going to be appropriately challenged and see strength gains!

My schedule is a little hectic, and 6 months is a long time. - how do I know if I can commit to this?

The ultimate goal of the program is to help you become more consistent and better at showing up for yourself. The goal isn't 100% compliance, it's consistency, which is showing up again and again over time.
