What is it?

The Base Camp is a workout program that helps you build consistency and strength over 6 months so that you can have strength and confidence in the gym long after the program is over. The program builds on itself and is progressive so that you can actually see results and not plateau!

There are video demonstrations and detail-oriented notes on every workout so that you are fully set up for success.

This is a “posterior dominant” workout program, which means you will be working through full body exercises that have an emphasis on your glutes, hamstrings, and back muscles!

Program options include: at home (dumbbells and bands) and in-gym (full access to equipment)

How does it work?

The program will be provided inside the TrueCoach app, the online platform used for all of Rachel's clients, where you will find clear instructions and exercise form videos.

You will be slowly introduced to new equipment as you go, so no worries if you don’t feel very comfortable in the weight section yet!

You will be able to leave comments on the exercises in case you have any questions, upload videos if you want exercise form feedback, and can easily track your progress! Every workout that you complete will be reviewed and given feedback so that you are fully supported through the whole program.

Every week you will receive an email explaining the week’s focus so that you aren’t just going through the workouts, you get to actually learn why you are doing what you are doing. The goal is long term success and sustainability long after the program is over!

What else is included?

It’s a night and day difference from where I started!

6 months sounds intimidating but it's one of the best things I’ve done for my fitness. It’s a night and day difference from where I started! I am most proud of actually sticking with something (and also the results in my glutes)! I feel so much more confident now doing exercises on my own because I know I’m doing them right.

It's great for beginners and those that already have knowledge of the gym!

There's plenty of room for growth for everyone!

definitely see booty gains and more toned and defined muscles overall!!

I was able to learn and correct my form with certain exercises. Also, this program really helped me actually use rest days! The program really helped with my form and I loved the exercises! I felt very very supported throughout the whole program.

There is no judgment from Rachel.

One of my biggest misconceptions about the fitness world was that trainers/training programs would push me to my farthest limits or subtly degrade what I do/don’t do in order to achieve the biggest results. Not with Rachel! I expected to see results, but the program and the coach behind it has far exceeded my expectations. You’re worth it! Jump in!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this program is the right fit for me?

The program is designed to build off of whatever level of strength you are at right now. We start with the basics and then progress throughout the program, so it doesn't matter if your goblet squat on Day 1 is 10lbs or 60lbs. Either way, you are going to be appropriately challenged and see strength gains!

My schedule is a little hectic - how do I know if I can commit to this?

The ultimate goal of the program is to help you become more consistent and better at showing up for yourself. The goal isn't 100% compliance, it's showing up again and again over time.
