Remote coaching is for you if you are ready to work on your fitness level,  build nutrition habits to eat well for your goals,  and have encouragement and accountability along the way. Frequently asked questions

What happens after I contact you?

Once you complete the coaching application, I will reach out to you via email within 48 hours to schedule an orientation call. Keep an eye on your junk folder just in case!

What can I expect on the call?

We will begin with a few follow up questions from your application. Next, I will present the direction I am envisioning for how to achieve your goals and the steps we need to take to get there. Then, we will discuss your program structure and nutrition starting point. Lastly, I will give space for feedback from you so that we are fully aligned before we start and answer any questions that you have before starting!

Do I need to own equipment or have an exercise room for remote coaching?

We will utilize and work with any equipment that you have access to! Even if you are solely working out from your home, I can build you a progressive, challenging, and fun program that will get you results.

How do I know when is the best time to start this?

If life feels a little hectic right now, I hear you. It’s going to look different to prioritize your fitness when life is really great than when you’re going through it. Here’s my question in response: how often in your life have you put yourself last to take care of a situation? Likely often? What if I told you there is a way to make sure that you don’t lose yourself in the process? You likely won’t ever feel fully ready, but you will change the trajectory of your life if you learn to prioritize yourself and your health in the midst of a little chaos.

I need to get on track but I’m not sure which is best for me (1:1 coaching or the base camp), how do I decide?

The main difference is the added nutrition component in 1:1 coaching, as well as the elevated individual support and accountability that is included. If you are wanting a  more personalized and comprehensive experience, then 1:1 coaching is for you! Conversely, if your two main goals are consistency and fitness (sans nutrition, mindset work, etc.), then the Base Camp is for you!
