Here is how I make my GF DF peach cobbler – it’s the best summer dessert, I swear!
RECIPE:
Filling:
2 peaches cut into thin slices
1 tbsp maple syrup
Squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp corn starch or arrowroot starch
¼ tsp cinnamon
Crumble:
½ cup oats
½ cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: whatever nuts or seeds you like (such as walnuts or hemp seeds)
Preheat the oven to 375.
Mix the filling and then set aside. Combine the crumble and then set aside. Grease your pie dish (or use ramekins like me!) and put the filling inside. Cover with the crumble and then bake for 30 min.
Save this for later and enjoy!!
